Family Friendly Luxury

116 Wiregrass Way is a 6 bedroom, 7 bath home in the upscale Lake District of Watercolor. Up to 18 guests can be accommodated comfortably with large bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas. The chef's kitchen and outdoor kitchen provide a great opportunity for home cooked meals when not taking advantage of the great restaurants in Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Our guests will be comfortable when not outside enjoying the beach with large screen TVs, streaming services and high speed WiFi throughout. The properties spacious porch, balconies and screened in living areas give our guests endless options to enjoy the fantastic Florida weather.  The on-property hot tub and pool allow our guests the convenience to enjoy the water in the privacy of home as well.

Getting around WaterColor and adjacent communities of Seaside and Grayton Beach is super convenient via the bicycles provided (7 bikes - 4 adult and 3 kid) or our 6 person golf cart.
