Family Friendly Luxury

116 Wiregrass Way is a 6 bedroom, 7 bath home in the upscale Lake District of Watercolor. Up to 18 guests can be accommodated comfortably with large bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas. The chef's kitchen and outdoor kitchen provide a great opportunity for home cooked meals when not taking advantage of the great restaurants in Watercolor, Seaside and Grayson Beach.

Our guests will be comfortable when not outside enjoying the beach with large screen TVs, streaming services and high speed WiFi throughout. The properties spacious porch, balconies and screened in living areas give our guests endless options to enjoy the fantastic Florida weather.

Getting around WaterColor and adjacent communities of Seaside and Grayson Beach is super convenient via the bicycles provided (7 bikes - 4 adult and 3 kid) or our 6 person golf cart (additional fee).
